How long until I can use the furniture again?+
Most fabric items (sofas, mattresses, rugs) are dry within 2–4 hours thanks to our quick-dry finishing pass. Terraces and outdoor furniture are usually walkable in under an hour.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes, eco-products are safe for children and animals.
What if you can't fully remove a stain?+
If a stain can't be removed with eco-friendly methods, we'll suggest other options that may help. Everything is discussed with you beforehand.
Do I need to prepare anything?+
Just clear small loose items from the surface (cushions, throws, decor). We bring all the equipment with us.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?+
You pay a €25 refundable deposit by card securely here on the site when you book. The rest is paid on site (card or cash) once you're happy with the result. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit.
Do you cover my town?+
Our regular zone is Sant Cugat del Vallès and the Costa Maresme (El Masnou, Teià, Alella, Premià, Vilassar, Cabrils, Argentona, etc.). For other towns or larger jobs, message us on WhatsApp — we cover most of the Barcelona metropolitan area for special requests.
